Gaming Club Poker is the leading name in Prima Poker's extensive network, which means traffic, software stability, and support should be relatively solid. One of the most useful features Gaming Club offers that most of its competitors don't is real-time stats for each player at the table (of course, you can only view your own). They also have a Flash (No Download) version of their game for Mac users and those with poor download capabilities.
Gaming Club also benefits greatly from crossover traffic from the equally well-established and reputable Gaming Club Online Casino.
Surprisingly, I found the HTML on the Gaming Club Poker site a bit screwy, and I discovered more online complaints regarding their customer support than I expected. But for their amazing breadth of offerings (ie. game/limit variety, bonuses/promotions), they are still among the top online poker rooms.
I guess you can't please all of the people...

Competition
Interesting blend of extremes
On one side, you've got savvy players, tight and aggressive
On the other side, you've got loosey-goosey, wild betting action (even at NL tables)

Customer Service
Mixed - Gaming Club Poker support is great, Prima Poker Network support leaves much to be desired, especially considering their age & status
Which support staff you get depends on the issue
24/7 email, global toll-free telephone
No live support
Reports exist on the web of Prima Network freezing accounts at Gaming Club Poker for unsubstantiated violations, meaning player claiming innocence still had their accounts frozen. However, Prima did pay out the full balance owing to players whose accounts had been frozen.

Ease of Use
Detailed individual player stats at table (can I say it one more time?)
Lobby stats including average pot, players/flop, and hands/hour
User-friendly interface
Sadly, a few of the best features are somewhat hidden and can confuse the unaware or impatient player
